Beautiful idea from Philips

Philips have a lovely project online right now.

They start with a simple seven line script:

"What is that? It's a unicorn. Never seen one up close before. Beautiful.
Get away, get away. I'm sorry."

Then they've interpreted it in different ways to make five short films through Ridley Scott's company.

The result is called Parallel Lines and is a beautiful way of showcasing Philips's new cinematic TV screens.

Sadly I can't embed the results but they are well worth a look and can be found here.

And, if you like this kind of thing, you might also like 99 Ways to Tell a Story by Matt Madden which takes the same basic comic book story and retells it over and over from different perspectives and in different styles.
