Communications
If you read any of the most popular marketing blogs, you'll come away with a view of marketing communications that is concerned with facilitating a conversation, engaging the customer and surrendering control. While there is some truth in all of this, it can too often mask a fundamental reality.
At its core, marketing communication is about changing people's behaviour. It's about persuading them to do something they wouldn't otherwise do. It's about exerting influence.
This is the starting place for everything I do. When you work with me, one of the first things we will discuss is what success looks like. And one of the first questions I will ask is how you want your customers and prospects to behave as a result of the work we create together. Because unless we are clear about that, how will we know when we've been successful?
Of course once we understand precisely what we're going to achieve, I can then work with you, your agencies and my own network partners to deliver the results you need.
I have over 15 years experience influencing customer behaviour for some of the most successful companies on the planet. As an NLP practitioner, I understand which techniques deliver the best results. And with my track record in leading integrated agencies, I know how to mix and blend approaches to create the success you deserve.
