Revelations of the week

Which email clients support CSS3 – the answer is: not enough. But there is some useful info here.

Emotional interface design: the gateway to passionate users – nice article, good examples.

UX engagement metrics – seems like every week of 52 weeks of UX has something to enlighten and entertain.

Strategy basics: getting your client’s ducks in a row – another good article from Carsonified (it's amazing how often the basics are forgotten or ignored).

Our misguided focus on brand and user experience – controversial article that's got more than its fair share of flames. Personally, I think for the most part it's pretty much spot on.
